REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Classes, Events & Tournaments

Our classes fill quickly, and each booking holds a spot that would otherwise go to another student. Because of this, all ticket sales are final — we do not offer refunds, for any reason, including no-shows.

We understand that life happens, though! If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer or sell your ticket to a friend. You can also reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to post it on our socials to help you find a buyer (time and resources permitting). Payment would be handled directly between you and the buyer, typically via Venmo.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (downloads, playbooks, online materials) are final sale.
No refunds once accessed or delivered.

3. Physical Products

• Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable.

• Other physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in resellable condition.

• Defective or incorrect items may be refunded or exchanged.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Rentals

Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins.

5. Discretion

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy criteria.
