REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Classes, Events & Tournaments

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the event: Full refund

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund; payment forfeited

2. Digital Products

All digital products (downloads, playbooks, online materials) are final sale.
No refunds once accessed or delivered.

3. Physical Products

• Items marked Final Sale are non-refundable.

• Other physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in resellable condition.

• Defective or incorrect items may be refunded or exchanged.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Rentals

Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins.

5. Discretion

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy criteria.
